His name was Caçador, something that greatly appealed to the dairy, as it conveyed a sensation of grandeur. However, Hunter had a dream. He wanted to be bigger and have more relief in this short life. He had always heard that “the dream rules life”. So, every day he continued to dream and ask with great desire for something good to happen in his life… Until, in 1985, more precisely on the 25th of July, realizing his full potential, his owners fulfilled their wish… they turned the Leitaria into a Casa de Pasto, serving light meals. But, his dream was not fulfilled here. Due to its quality, its reputation grew and it became urgent to expand the space. Thus, in the interior of the country, in the highest city, famous for its 5 fans (Forte, Farta, Fria, Faithful and Formosa) a renovated space emerged, transformed into a Marisqueira Restaurant. But, calm there, you say…. A seafood restaurant inside? Yes, it is possible. As possible as the dedication, sacrifice and taste for the profession of these owners. And he took the Huntsman to good port, Marisqueira made her way in Guarda.
It is now a reference house, with the best seafood served in the region. Its quality is unquestionable, with the dish being Arroz de Marisco. It always offers fresh fish, displayed in a window so that the customer can always choose the best. But the Hunter lives not only on seafood and fish.
There is a variety of meat dishes that can be savored, with the Cabritinho na Brasa standing out. Some homemade desserts are the icing on the cake to finish your meal. O Caçador has achieved its dream: it presents a sober image, a large space, a welcoming environment, dedication and attention to the customer and its excellent food. Do you think this story is unlikely?
